What are your fees?

Fee is 185$/per 50min session.  Although our services are not covered by OHIP, most extended health benefit plans cover psychotherapy by a Registered Social Worker (RSW).  Please confirm with your provider.  Additionally, fees may be claimed as an allowable medical expense on your income taxes.

Can I talk to you before I decide to book an appointment?

Of course!  If you provide your number and a good time to call, a member of our team will be very happy to talk with you.

What can I expect in my first session?

A decision to start therapy can feel stressful.  The first session will focus on getting to know you, what is happening in your life, and what your hopes are.  This will happen in a warm, caring, and non-judgmental environment.

Is your office accessible?

Yes, it is.  It is on the second floor, with an elevator. Virtual services are also available.
